Welcome to the HULK.
Yes they will swap with no problems. You will need the exhaust manifold off of the 780 as the 750 manifold will not bolt to the 780. Also I would make sure you get the carbs for a 780 as well. Let us know if you have any more questions. YOu will also need an alignment tool to align the motor to the pump. BeerDart has a couple that he rents.

I would also upgrade to the high voulume fuel pump, replace all of the fuel lines, but beware that there is a restrictor in the fuel return line. I would also go to premix while you are at it.

750, WELCOME to thre Green Hulk Forums!
It's very doable, let's know if you're going to do it and post it up in our projects section.

One more thing is the CDI needs to be swapped. That's it, carbs, fuel pump, exh manifold, and CDI. Hell, if you can get the long jet pump set up, get that too! It's good for 2-3MPH alone.

You can run your 750 cdi. I am running my 650 CDI for break in. You will get more power by switching cdi's. After break in I am going to switch to the pro 785 CDI.
