    understanding open loop system.

hoping for some help understanding this from a 2 stroke racer point of view. Im running stock 215hp in sub 75 degree water all year. I have no heat exchanger without going diesel eng type. If I run open loop do I run single line or twins?

Here's the open loop cooling kit which has a thermostat. Having a thermostat is extremely important, especially if riding in cooler waters

    Best kit available! Hands down.
This past weekend I noticed 30 degree cooler engine temp. Rather than 197 I saw 167 at most. Before open loop I could actually feel the heat through the seat and didnt feel that. Also when I pulled the seat off I expected a heat wave and engine bay was much much cooler!

I like to hear that. So do you split cooling line half to engine, then to IC and exh mani? Or twin lines?

I ran it exactly as it shows in Riva instructions. For each year and model it is different.
This is how my instructions said to run the lines.
