Unhappy 2003 Polaris Genesis 1200di rear cyclinder wont fire engine light flashing HELP ME

    2003 Genesis with ficht injection

I have taken this machine everywhere around including polaris dealer and no one will help me out they say its the only year they wont support pathetic.

    Heres where I'm at:

The ski fires and idles - wont go past about 20 mph
    new tpi sensor new plugs

The rear cyclinder if unplugged from spark plug runs the exact same as if plugged in. The other cylinders make big difference if unplugged.
The rear plug seems wet when inspected - the others seem black and dry.

I switched the injector from middle to rear - does same thing - If i hold the injector up and crank it sprays fuel ...far.
it has great spark- very strong
    Compression is at 140psi

Im lost! Help Please!! Its listed for cheap on craigslist - I dont usually give up....its also listed parts on ebay so far I still own it if it can be fixed

Also the head bolts 10mm seem stuck I tried to pull some but cracked my socket trying so I stopped are these usualy really hard

    Welcome

What took you so long to get here?

On the trailer, will the engine rev up to near redline (over 6000RPM)?
Are there any warnings on the display? Reverse, HOT?

What make and number spark plugs are installed?

Check the fuel pressure at the schrader valve tee in the return fuel hose. Should be over 20PSI with engine cranking or running.

Also check the injector voltage on White/Red wire. Since your engine starts and runs I expect it will be correct voltage, but worth checking.
Black meter probe on engine ground, red meter probe to White/Red wire. Do not unplug an injector for the voltage test, find another spot to tap into White/Red wires. They all will(should) have the same voltage everywhere in the wire harness. Correct voltage is over 20 volts DC when cranking and about 45 volts DC with engine running. Voltage should be stable as RPM varies.

See my signature links for lots of useful info.

Sound like a bad reed valve, friend of mine had a TXi did the exact same thing, what we found was it had been filled with water far enough to make it into the rear cylinder, the proof was a faint ring on the inside of the hull & water in the electrical box.

Ok no fuel is going into the rear cylinder. I put a rubber hose in spark plag hole. No fuel while running. What now?

Located in Fort Myers Florida. It sprays fuel from injector when not in the head but doesn't seem to spray gas in when installed.
