    Fly wheel bolt failure.

The Kicker is they were ARP's!!!
Torqued to 28ft/lb red loctite. Standard flywheel. This happened after 5-6 idle to WOT Drag races.
No metal looks as if its gone through pumps.

    This is not good.

My OEM flywheel bolts failed after several idle to max speed hole shots also. The fact that your ARPs did this is not encouraging.

I had my flywheel lightened and balanced to help deal with this problem. I am sure these type of hole shots revving it to 9000+ rpm is hard as hell on the components.

I have not had time to water test my ski after a complete rebuild.

Wow ... Looks like maybe an aftermarket flywheel is going to be needed or maybe lighten up the stocker to help with the initial jerk if someone is idle to wot a lot .

That's shit house mate! This seems to be an ongoing issue, I would have thought Seadoo would have had this rectified.

That sucks man... Hellbent has all the good gear on his ski. I think you need to sell that rotax racing pump setup. It hooks up too much and breaks shit... Motec helps make to much power aswell.... Alloy mani, piss that off its too shiny... Ported head and dcc cam, yeah that too.... And don't get me started on the boost you running..... Part it out or go back to stock...... Hehehehe......

    That sure doesn't build confidence..

When I tear my motor apart, I might just have crank machined/tapped for 10mm bolts instead of 8mm. Has anyone done that?

BTW: What SC are you running?

    from ARP themselves
Those cam bolts, they are not designed to be flywheel bolts

Maybe add a hardened pin in between each bolt?
