Hi. This is pretty simple. Add a wire to pin a6 (I'll look up what input that is) and run it to your switch. The other leg of your switch goes to ground . You are simply grounding the ecu input. It has to be configured . Send me an email with your m1 file or your latest log file and I'll help you .

Pin a6 is a low side ignition input and it can be used for this so go ahead and wire to this location .

Buy your motec ecu from nils he will include a very good tune to start with. Then you will need to pull a log after a ride email it to him and he will work the tune for you.
(You will need the ltc to do this. Widband)
He emails you a worked over tune back you load it to your ski. Go for a ride pull the tune email it to nils. If it needs more work he adjusts it and emails it back. Ect.....

Most of the other motec guys around here can help you out also!

But if you buy from nils he will help you.

Nils can usually nail a tune down in 1-2 rides.

Motec is nothing like vtech. One map covers all boost levels that the Oem electronics can support. You can even safely ride with a turbo on there base map. There may be a couple tweaks needed but many people run on the base map that comes in the ecu . The ecu will compensate immediately if you bolt on a larger charger. If you are a rec rider your tune will be fine if you want to push it to the max then some fine tuning will keep you safe.

It is better to connect the the Engine Mode switch to the Knock 2 input. Pin B13.
