    FXHO PVC Cooler Holder

Glue was so hard to use I reveted mine together. Held on in from with eyebolts and chain clipped on tow hook with a carabiner.
Back is heavy rubber strap and bungee.

It looks really good, I would like to build something for my FZR. Just can't think of how to hold it on the ski.

I bought some turnbuckles but they may be too long for the tow hook, holder space. I may just use some snap hooks, eye bolts and pull the slack out with a rubber strap. Lowes has some small springs but I don't think that would be sufficient to hold a cooler in rough water.

Sorry I haven't been on here in a while. I can measure it tomorrow if you like. Best thing to do is get a cooler you are going to use and make the top square big enough for the top part of the cooler to fit. My cooler was an Igloo 52 quart marine cooler from Walmart. The lower part of the cooler is smaller.
I just bought a bunch of Sch 40 and a PVC cutter. I tired to copy a list from someone else on one of these sites but if you have a different watercraft or size cooler it all goes out the window. Putting the pipe and fittings together is easy but when you start trying to glue all that and keep it square and even it's almost impossible. That's why I riveted mine. Another trick is when you are sizing it make sure you take a rubber mallet and knock all the joints together to get a good measurement. Mine was almost too tight after I hammered mine before I riveted it. Makes it hard to take back apart but still best way.
