    Intercooler outlet temp sensor faulty?

Split my ski and removed the intercooler outlet temp sensor.

Can someone refresh my memory on how to test this sensor with an ohm meter please?

Don't you mean the "manifold air temp sensor" (MATS)?

One of my early posts I posted that and the updated sensor part numbers...but dont worry about that because it will automatically supersede to new p/n. Mine was the old green one and it went bad (out of spec). BRP has a TSB on it...

No need. There is only 1 air temp sensor and its on the front of the intake. Look at the picture from the shop manual I posted...

I had to replace the one that threats into the intake manifold last year. This is a different one that's above the supercharger.

Was it you I had discussed (via PM) this in detail about high intake temp? (a while back)

Anyways, first thing I would test is the sensor (posted how above). If sensor is within spec, then I would remove intercooler and inspect for water side blockage. Then inspect IC INLET side for oil (a very light film may be normal from age). If you find a bit of oil in the air side of the IC, you may have a leaking SC oil seal. Replace/rebuild SC then flush IC clean.

The sensor located in the picture above is not where I removed my sensor from.

Why would you post that information without telling us where you pulled the sensor? I mean really, you have people willing to help but can't provide basic information as a follow up?

    Good luck...
