    Stainless steel keel guards

Im wanting to fit one of these to preserve the bottom of the keel. Ive been reading the other threads that keel guards loose speed and can feel all over the place like a bad wheel alignment. Whats everyones thoughts on these? under a half a mm thick and you can bend and manipulate them to fit About 175mm wide and 1100 long.

Never saw a metal one before.

I don't beach my 'Skis, I carry a screw-in dog stake and anchor them in about 3' of water. Not always convenient, but it doesn't tear up the hull or get trash in the pump.

I will pull my ski up on soft sand. Otherwise I carry an anchor and anchor it in 2 to 3 feet of water.

That does look like it would be a nice piece though
