10 is a oddball year because the drive shaft has a nut that holds the hat/ carbon seal
all the ones I have seen the nut is seized on the shaft and needed to be heated to come loose

Get a shop manual here: www.brpmanuals.com
follow the steps in order to remove the supercharger, drive shaft, and pump.
The 2010 drive shaft with the nut floating ring was a poor design and weak metallurgy. Most people here swapped it out for a 2011-2012 drive line and components. You will have lots of difficulty getting it off!
the PTO seal itself is an easy change out.

Also take note that the 2010 hat/carbon ring is NLA so if yours is damaged it will need the 2011 and up drive shaft /carbon ring kit.
Are you sure its the bellows leaking oil?

WSM sells a kit, I haven't used one but I have installed OEM kits and they're pricey.

I only let my enemies run WSM parts! I'm not even kidding.

Ha, I hear ya. The OEM parts run about $600. We use WSM for impellers and new carbs, no problems there.
