Tiny tach, TTO, etc are not very accurate for tuning unfortunately. I tried them without much luck. I ordered a Digatron tach and will be mounting that as soon as it comes in.

But to answer your question, yes someone does make a carbon fiber glove box lid modified to fit a tiny tach. Use the search function I don't have it book marked. It's around $100 shipped.

I have a rectangular PET tach and attach it to my glove box lid with velcro. When I trailer and park it I just throw it in the glove box. The wire runs from the tach, into the glove box, out a drain hole near the front edge (look inside toward the front) and under the seat. I route the wire along the port side within the factory ties. The lead is attached to the rear plug wire right after the plug boot. Not as nice as permanent but I like the removability as I dock places overnight and don't want it to "walk off". I also use the glove box for my phone and other stuff and didn't want to lose any of the small glovebox space by mounting it.

I'm installing this next week using factory bolt holes. No drilling. 10 times per second update and 30 minute logging memory. $160 shipped. Used on racing go karts all around the world for the last 20 years.

I currently also use velcro attached to my glove box for my Pet2100. There is a guy on here who makes & sells formed box lids.
