Water in cylinders 2005 gp1300 with stage 2 kit

Took it into a local dealer and they put in a SBT top end kit, broke it in,got to ride it for about two weeks before the same thing happened again. They say they have no idea as to how the water got back into the cylinders? Anyone have some suggestions?

crack head, no torque properly ,sbt head gasket failure, and so and so.
sbt parts a very bad to begin with, need to go oem head gasket, and closely inspect head for cracks and top of cylinders , also i have seen rust damage on the bottom of cylinders where it meets the cases below exhaust ports , leaking water inside. needs to be pull back apart and inspected.

Thanks for the info. I'll check with the dealer.
