49 hours. And a 2011 is that mean you let her set for years.

So do I spend 4-5k and get a new engine or sell the rest of the ski for parts and cut my losses?

Buy a new engine and save what you can for back up, or for some one here that needs it. Did the valves brake or is the top end still good

I am not really confident in SeaDoo now - I have a 2000 SUV 1200 and 580 hours on it and have had no real issues...... if I have to buy a new engine I was thinking of turning the SUV into a 4 stroke......
