    If you get stuck go to your local hardware and buy a piece of pvc pipe block off 65mm and block the end up with it and some silicone. Click image for larger version.

    I would just do it right the first time and Forget about it. Or, You can also get a rubber pipe plug from any mayor store (Home depot, Lowe's) and just plug it at the hull exit. It'll look way better. Good luck!!!

    I'd definitely do it the right way but I didn't want to wait over a week for it to arrive from the states. So far so good.

    Thanks for both of your replys im installing a riva yamalog 3.5 on my rxt x 260 and there block off doesn't fit and riva or any body doesn't sell them separately so ill most likely be trying your guy's ideas.
