2011 FZS Supercharger clutch replacement Parts

Looking for a Sticky - Just to clarify what OEM parts I need to do to replacement of my 2011 FZS Supercharger clutch ( Currently at 30 hours and shows signs of slippage during WOT acceleration- I guess its the clutch )

    6S5-17830-20
    6S5-17585-10

What else do I need ? Any special Yamaha Tools like Yamaha Bearing puller

Any advice on install would be greatly appreciated as well

    Thanks in advance

LoL, look at it this way, buying from Jerry supports the forum which is absolutely invaluable, especially for nubs like me and you.

Thanks for the Link to the "How To" - I should have looked in that section; not sure why my search did not find this great write up by corkycat

The clutch Tool is a must -

Question remains to you have to have the Yamaha Bearing Puller Assembly Tool shown in Shop manual to get the clutch assembly off the shaft ? as shown in my picture above

Once you remove the left hand threaded bolt the clutch comes out by hand. You don't need a bearing puller, your not taking the bearing out of the clutch, you are replacing the whole assemble, it just slides off the shaft. You really don't even need a drive shaft holder tool, you can even use a pipe wrench on the back of the motor at the intermit drive shaft while you break the clutch bolt loose, its only torqued around 65 psi, so it breaks free without much effort. So the job can be done without buying any special tools.

I used a 9'' angle grinder spanner and opened the end out to hold the clutch whilst removing and tightening the clutch.Click image for larger version.
