Starter wire 2008 212SS
Started having issues with one of the engines not starting when you turn the key. Traced it to a loose starter wire. How do you get to it to tighten it? Remove manifold?

Starter had to be removed to access the hot lead of the wire. The wire was tight. I changed out and tested my battery. New battery started just fine at first. Then this week it started acting up again. I will report back.

Bad Soleniod, I think. So far I replaced it and it is working. Had a strange thing happen right after I installed it. The first 10 times I turned the key it started. The next 50 times it did not. Then I removed the inspection plate and tested the voltage to the soleniod with a multimeter. Next time I tried to start it, it worked. Been working for a week now with no issues. I tightened the bolts down again for good measure.

Update for yall! Been starting now with no issues over 2 weeks. I think it was the solenoid.
