Catch, Clean, Cook and Eat!
I had a great weekend, fished both Saturday and Sunday for Tautog at the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel. Primarily the Piles North of the Fourth Island. It was not gang busters but I managed 26 Togs that I caught mostly on live fiddler crabs, I did have some blue crab also and caught a couple on them.
Conditions were great both days so I made great time leaving from Messick boat ramp in Poquoson, only about a 20 minute trip on the Jet Ski at 45 mph.
I pan seared some fillets two nights in a row and made some awesome "Tog Wraps" for dinner. Here are some pictures.

Dam, Brian ... you always present something that makes want to eat fish LOL. Have you ever been bitten by those fish teeth you always show? Thanks for sharing .
