    double intercoolers

Is there any reason why the stock IC on a 215 cant stay if adding an aftermarket IC? Any advantage? Why are PWC IC 600 bucks when car guys use $100 IC that look the same?

You can use a car IC.
BUT the kits are $600 because of the time and labor researching and building a kit, but again they can also get it $$$. LOL.

You will probably lose some boost with 2 intercoolers. Check out the intercoolers on frozenboost.com, they are pretty reasonable.

    You're finding water/air intercoolers for $100?

this $100 IC will work a lot better than a stock 215 IC
these cheap IC's do not cool as well as a well built IC's like fizzle, riva or garrett
you will get better performance removing the stock 215 IC because it is also a spark/flame arrestor
you will need a fizzle IC relocation kit to mount this Chinese IC
this IC will fit the fizzle bracket

Yes, a good reason. That stock intercooler is very restrictive and if left in place will kill performance.

Thats what I was looking skidoo. seems like a lot of chat on IC breaking and leaking. Wondering if auto version were ever designed to handle potentially twice water pressure and stupid variable pressure bursts from jet pump. Our Polaris RZR IC has a cute little steady pressure circulating pump. Btw brackets will be easy. I can drive SC directly into IC for best antilag. Greenhulk you guys sell a stock ic mani block off?
