has anybody tryed no stock shims on a svho???
Trying to figure out if no stock shims would do any difference probably one of you guys have tryed this already.

Jerry tried it on his svho when he was running just a tune to get 80mph. I think you will gain about 0.5mph

You gain but pulling the shock shims for that is plain bad. Understand the way the shins are built and designed for.
it not only a shim (secondary) but it serves as a brace along the bottom, hence do not remove them
why are two plates working well reworked Jim's and R&d I can attest on R&d with stock shims
