    Custom dual exhaust "buildup"

I have been hard at work trying to install a dual exhasut on a 2001 XPL. I have eliminated the resonator and the water box and opted to do a straight pipe system with 2-3 water injection points via hard-jetting at the injection site. (mostly for noise supression). This is what I have so far and hopefully my custom bent mandrel pipes will arrive by the beginning to middle of next week. I had to move the battery to the front compartment where the oil tank was. I installed it and it looks almost factory. The exhaust outlets will also have external flappers to keep the water out. Here is what I have so far. Tell me what you think....

Will do! I should be able to fire it in 2-3 weeks if everything goes according to schedule. I am having the exhaust made of 3 inch diameter stainless steel pipe so it should sound sweet! Not to mention really LOUD

Yea I am wishing for the summer to come already! But hey its something to keep my time occupied. I was going to go with the hardjet for the water like I was telling you and I thought I would go with a 160 main (at least I think its a main) for the hardjet. What kind of jets should I use? (Mikuni, Keihn)

You guys have to admit although it will be loud as hell it will still sound sweet coming from such a small machine/motor.

yeah, you really want to know how loud its going to be? Start the ski up without the pipe attached or just take the waterbox out completely and then start it up. Thats how loud its going to be. It will probably scare the **** out of you when you start it up. Hahahaha.
I'd start out with a 200 main jet, either company is fine. You can always fine tune it down.

The waterbox is goign to be out for the final installation anyway. I just got the re-jet and f/a kit from bill O and put it in and noticed that the main jets are really small! I always thought that they would be a little bigger. I will definately start with a 200 if I go with the main jet, but is there anything else I could use instead of a main jet to inject the water? Maype something a little bigger/ longer?
