What NOT to do?
I'd like to prepare myself and know what to and not what to do with a new ski. I'd hate to be that dumba$s that ruins the new ski.
So what are something's that I should NOT do? I was reading or watching a video about not jumping them, should this be prevented completely or just not jump 8' waves? They mentioned the bucket could break, or even the hull.
Any advice is greatly appreciated!

Do not run it on the hose for long...and do not rev high while on the hose. I wouldn't worry about jumping.

When flushing, don't turn the water on before starting the motor, and don't forget to shut the water off before shutting off the motor. I am always afraid I'm going to do that.

i agree with what has been said, i jump mine all the time i wouldnt worry about that, but do not run the ski for long without any water, and even if its hooked to the hose no longer than 2 mins as there is no lubrication on the carbon ring, other than that enjoy.

My mistakes after 4 seasons under my belt now.
A: Don't let off the throttle and then try to turn (Ski goes straight).
B: Don't go around blind corners even if your going slow because someone could be flying
around it the other way.
