    Cost effective mods for 750

I've recently discovered a Jetski bone yard where I live (about time!!). And an wanting to make a shopping list of things I could put on the ski from a dead ski. I've read about people putting on the 780/5 flame arrester. I was wondering what other stock things I could add to an ol'e 93 750 besides that.

780 flame arrestor requires at least 1/2 extra turn out on the high speed jets. You can add reed spacers from a 780. Aftermarket reeds/cages can help get more air-fuel charge. I believe your exhaust pipe is a dry pipe, so there's no upgrade to be had there. Ocean Pro made a 1 piece head with swirls in the combustion chamber that were supposed to give a boost, but I can't speak to that.

There was an updated water routing on the 92-93 machines, so make sure that's done. Definitely upgrading to a 3-oultet fuel if that hasn't been done.

Aside from upgrading to 780 cylinders and heads I don't that there is much else you can do to a 750. Well, except for tracking down a triple pipe setup that was originally marketed by PSI. Try getting in contact with Keddano, he has a 750 PSI cooker. I don't think it's run in a loooong time, but he has the complete setup.

If you have a 1993 hull you would need to change the whole jet pump to a 1994 or later pump. Much better design.

Good catch. Yes, definitely upgrade to the modular pump.

Just yank the sucker out and slap in a 94+? There is a newly found Salvage yard so I'm looking into what he's got. I got the upgraded air box, but the mounting of the Fuel Pump is an issue. I believe he said he has a 785 around cause I read about putting a ride plate on and he said it was MIA :/. Polaris is almost impossible to find out here.
