    Ultra 260 bad engine

I have a 2010 ultra 260 that started to run like crap. Previous owner didn't take care of it. Problem is it crunk but run ragged for a second and now won't even spin over after new battery. Screwed plugs out and 2 are smashed flat on end. What's the deal? Supercharger failure maybe and that the Teflon got on top of piston and smashed plug or worse?

If your plug are smashed and engine is seized, you likely have a major engine problem, nothing to do with supercharger teflon, it's looking like you need an engine rebuilt, it can be the crank, rod failure, you'll need to open it up to see the exact internal damage to have the cost of repair.
Engine overhaul can range between $3000 to $6000 depending on damage.

Yea I didn't think about fact that Teflon would have to pass through inter cooler to get into cylinder which is impossible.

You'll have to open it up, but it doesn't look good!

Guessing its a stuck valve the broke loose and smashed into the piston and head.

there is 2 plug that is smashed, it would need more then 1 stuck valve.

If the ski was neglected thats not unprobable though. These do not come with stainless valves as standard. Couple that with a possible leaking intercooler or an exhaust that was never drained and left sitting and you easilly have a couple stuck valves.
