How much are you paying for insurance?

I just got a quote back from my insurance agency (progressive), for full coverage it'll be $355 for the year (including trailer)

I've heard of others paying less, but NY.. everything is expensive I guess.

Also, I know with cars you get discounts with some safety features.. should the iBR be a discount?

I'm paying $327 for my '14 RXT-260 in Florida and that's with $500K of liability but without a trailer. For my '98 GTX and '12 STX-15F I'm paying $100 for both in Minnesota. These two boats don't have comp/collision but my 23 year old single daughter is also rated on them. There are a lot of variables but I found Progressive to have the best overall program. I haven't made a claim yet so I can't comment on their performance in that regard.

$228/year for full coverage with total loss. I'm 26 also. I'd say yours is a little on the steep side.

I'm in Buffalo, I pay just under $700 a year for my '13 RXT-X, my wife's 06 STX-12 and the double trailer through Progressive. Ridiculous when you consider that, plus NYS registrations on all 3 and gas. But, we love our toys for 3 months a year!!!! lol

Thanks for reminding me to find new insurance after the bad treatment by GEICO/Seaworthy. Went to Progressive and actually saved $206 over renewing.

Something to keep in mind almost all insurance companies base their rates on your credit score in some way or another. All things being equal the better your score the lower your rate.
I pay about 150 for both skis and trailer full coverage against fire theft comprehensive. With progressive and they have paid a theft and was relatively painless if that's possible.
