    Seadoo not powering up

Hi, Just finished throwing the engine back in and now I'm not getting any power. The gauges won't even power up. I cleaned the battery terminals, battery is all charged up. I think I bolted the ground wire to the right place?? (Bolted it to one of the engine stand bolt holes). I don't know where else to check. It's an 07 215 4 tec.

got the grey plug on the front of the intake manifold plugged together with the harness? it sometimes drops under the manifold out of sight. 3 grounds on the front of the motor?

All three grounds are connected at the front of the block, as well as the two other ones beside those. All connections were cleaned before bolting the grounds on, the front grey plug is connected and the starter relay was never removed so the wires are in the same order as when I removed them.

both 30 amp fuses are good. I just rechecked the 3 grounds and cleaned them up. Still nothing. I didn't do anything to the electronics except unplug everything from all the sensors and such to pull the motor out. It's weird. It will crank if I jump it but no power to the cluster, no beeping nothing.
