    Pro12 stator ?'s

Got my stator off my pro12 and it's pretty banged up in surprised it didn't capitate more than it did... Anyone rebuild these things or have any ones in good condition? Not excited to spend 200$ Or so on eBay to get another one. Do I need to replace the gaskets that came off the cone or can I just rtv them?

i wouldn't take less then $250.00 for one of my 6 vane stators.you can flatten out the leading edge metal and then file it to a good edge if its not real bad,i've saved some of my friends ones that way

I think impros can repair them. Im pretty sure they are under 300 bucks new either from Polaris or through Weber Power.

I may try a weld specialty shop here in town. Not sure on shipping back and forth if it's worth it $$ to just buy a new one. Thanks though I will contact impros

if theres an o-ring in the back of the stator housing you can rtv the flange to seal it,the o-ring is whats really sealing it,but i rtv them too

I'm having a local weld shop do it. They said they'd do it for about 30$. I will grind and finish it out on my own
