Calling On Siemens VTech Owners
So on Tuesday I will be ordering my CMD with Autotune and am looking at some different ecu choices to run with my et 68-140 as well. I have read through most of the posts on VTech users and a lot are not positive in relation to communication and support for the Siemens Ecu it seems.
I am really worried about buying a product in which it takes so much time getting rid of the issues I may have like bogging at low rpm like users reported. In addition I keep hearing how 80lb injectors do not cooperate with the vtech tune and some say they do. To those out there with similar big boost chargers are you all running 60s, 80s, or ID 1000 injectors?
I really like like the idea of the product and the ability to tune as I mod further down the road however am very hesitant not being able to see the maps that are available for my ski. In addition I am open to hearing other Ecu suggestions as well keeping in mind I will only spin 8375 for now than in a month or two build the motor and spin 9k.
Appreciate the help guys.

just purchased my 3rd tune today for another 05
and there was like 6 tunes for my ecu today
the older ecus are only mapped to 180kpa/ 11psi and 8150 rpm
so any thing above those you are stuck at the last cell
the cmd will do the fuel so it should work out good
using the lcd and loging

So with the vtech I am stuck at 11psi and only 8150? That really blows for the money if that is the case I thought there were tunes up to 10k. If not guess I'm looking elsewhere now.

oh it will rev to what ever you want, just no map there
I bet the riva ecu is the same way
I use the vtech for timing changes and to keep the injectors off 100%DS
then use the cmd for fuel map above 11 psi

So basically I can set a 8375 tune for now than turn up to 9-9.2k later? As far as there being no map I assume I can set the rev limit at 8375 for now and let the CMD control afr? I guess I would need to worry bout timing after 8150 is the main thing correct?
btw I will not be getting the vtech datalogger for now instead I will be CMD with Autotune and pod 300.

K appreciate the help. I will continue looking into it and see if I am comfortable with the lack of communication I could recieve if ever needed hence a week old email yet to be returned. Basically I need to run CMD always with this setup since it only maps to 8150 until I get a new map from them to ensure timing is good which who knows how long that will take correct? In addition need to run $500 injectors that are theirs to be able to take full advantage of no bogging etc?
really appreciate all the help and hope to make right decision.

60# or 80# injectors are only about $300

Ok so I can go with 80s wasn't to sure due to some issues with bogging on 80s.

my vtech 80# map is all screwed up
if some one was to try to use it I bet it would do some crazy stuff
