07 yamaha fxho gas tank vent

New engine swap, had her on the lake past three days. I noticed when i unscrew the gas tank cap air blow out i know its not normal not little its a strong blow there supposed to be vent so where is it?

Had me wondering is that high pessurse tank cause high fuel flow. The gas running out faster than normaly id say about 3 to 4 hours for tank to empited out and she go 65 mph bone stock while should be arounf 55 to 60 mph like most mr1 ho engine. Is that what made first engine had rod failure? Or is that normal?
