it's really no big deal honestly... then again, something fuel and explosion related COULD be serious, huh?

same thing was gone thru on 2006 machines also at the start of the season checking a fuel valve that had the potential to crack

    Saftey Recall Notice (BRP)

I got a letter in the mail today from BRP.

Their records indicate that my 2007 RXT is a potentially affected watercraft and are conducting a voluntary saftey recall.

"On some watercraft, fuel system pressure relief valve, allowing excessive pressure to evacuate, may be defective and may separate. This could allow fuel and/or fuel vapor to leak into the watercraft bilge. If this occurs, combined with a spark or flame, fuel vapors may ignite. This situation can cause serious injuries or even death to rider or bystander."

    What should you do?
Immediately stop using your watercraft and call an authorized BRP Sea-Doo dealer and make an appointment to have your watercraft inspected and repaired. The dealer will perform this work at no charge to you!

So if you pull it out to check it and it does not fall apart, its all good...
