    Water enters the turbo center section via a 3/8" line from the IC and exits through a reducer to 1/4" at the stock pisser outlet.
    UPDATE:
    Changes to water routing:

    The main water feed from the pump will again use the stock T-fitting, feeding water to the Exhaust manifold at the front 3/4" inlet. The 2 rear 1/2" outlets: top outlet feeds water to the oil cooler via a restricted line, then dumps overboard. The bottom outlet feeds water to the UP pipe, exits to the stock oil cooler dump/flush port, left rear, below the step latter.
    I may add a second strainer to prevent clogging the oil cooler.


    The other line at the t-fitting (1/2") first goes to a strainer, then to the rear of the IC. There are 3 outlets at the front of the IC: 1) 1/2" outlet feeds water to the engine, dumps via a 160* thermostat to transom dump. 2) 3/8" outlet feeds water to the turbo center section, then dumps at the stock IC dump. 3) 1/2" outlet feeds water to the turbo exhaust housing, dumps to the DOWN pipe/exhaust.

The engine alignment tools were used to center the fitting in the thru hull opening, left in place, then the fitting bolted in, and let setup overnight.

    If the thur hull alignment is off, it is because the pump shoe is not installed correctly from the factory.

    Water routing sounds good bob ... have you run it like that ? On mine i have 2 feeds from pump ... 1 goes to mani and just continues thru to up pipe , centre turbo, turbo exhaust housing then to down pipe .. other feed goes to intercooler with 3 lines out of it .. 2 to pissers and the other to open loop plate through to thermostat then goes to oil cooler then dumps ... this setup works well ..
    Get yr healed up body on that thing and ride it man ...
