06 RXT Data Log, Running out of injector, confused, HELP!

I have an 06 RXT with an x charger, 48lb injectors, RRFPR set at 60psi and an 8600 RPM rev limiter. Running CMD autotune. As you can see on the attached data log my injectors are hitting 90% duty cycle at 7800 RPM's and hitting 100% soon after that which is where the data log goes to zero's. AFR's seem fine throughout, why are my injectors going to 100%?

    because they are too small

Really???? 48# injectors are too small for an x-charger?

Doesn't a ski that comes stock with an X-charger have 42lb injectors and survive at 8100RPM?

the older ecu timing went very low past 10psi ...like 15 lol
lower timing will richen the motor

Makes sense to me, it doesn't look like Bosch makes 60# injectors, siemens is the only option. To your knowledge, do you know whether the 60# siemens have a spray pattern like the Bosch's do?

I believe your problem is your fuel map
when your ecu sees 10+ psi it puts the injector in 100%ds
IMO try a re-flash and you may be able to get more rpm before you hit 100%
I know my 05 did not like 11psi
