Pitting on R&D intake grate?
Just bought this intake grate used from a buddy of mine, should i be worried about the pitting on it? Is this normal?

Very normal...! Lots of casting imperfections in R&D products. Whether it be intake grates, ride plates, intake manifolds, etc etc etc...

Bolt it on! That stuff won't affect performance at all..If anything it might make you faster with pitting lol

My R&D Intake grate almost killed me last season when it broke off and caused the ski to pretty much stop and nose dive at 80mph... cost me 14k to go to the damn hospital. I got the Riva now and let me tell ya when you hold both next to each other after one breaking I promise you will choose the Riva, its so heavy and strong compared to the R&D. Stay away if you wanna live but good luck to anyone with an R&D grate. Very scary.
