Polaris freedom develops miss Whem Hot

My 2004 polaris freedom has a bad miss after running for 5 minutes. Its annoying and i have changed the plugs, coil, fuel filter, and fuel valve. Compression is 115 and 120 on pto. Im mechanically inclined but i cant find this problem can anyone help? It does not cut off. I have resistor plugs. The cylinders are cold and not hot so it cant be overheating
i have a youtube video of how it runs

    The problem starts at 2:59

Sounds like you dropped a cylinder and not firing correctly. A few causes come to mind. How do the spark plugs look right after the problem? Gas covered or wet with water? Piston tops? Clean and shinny or nice black on the crown with silver by the ports? Exhaust system restricted? How long do you have to let is sit before it will run correctly again?

Spark plugs looks normal with a little bit of gas. Piston tops and black and exhaust system is not restricted.I checked it
It need approximately 10 mins to run good again.

My guess would be CDI is failing when it heats up then works when it cools down.

Could be CDI, could be ignition coil, could be magneto stator.

    Could be something else.

Diagnostics are are necessary to determine what is actually causing the trouble.
