Welcome to the GH
don't forget the data logger...you need it to tune your ski
so do you have a winter where your at?

Thanks ! Well going to order the data logger this week . Still can't decide on the unit that runs on iPhone or android just for ease of use . Yes we do have winter this side going into winter now but nothing compared to your winter ! In our area we will maybe get a -2 to -4 c' . Like your build and love your Rxp400 sticker

seems to me you could cut off some of the intake grate wing
like about half of both outside wings, it would help lower high speed water psi

Bottom line is when the tunnel pressure approaches 48-50 psi, 83+ mph, smooth water, and mostly coming off throttle it will stuff. PRVs (pressure relief valves) have proven to give us another 2-3 mph to 85-86 mph and then it does it again. It is the wall. The only pump that I know of that will get past this wall is the Rotax Racing pump / drive shaft combo.
The new RXP-X T3 hull is seeing stuffing in the high 80's also, just ask Evan.
You should see my highly modified R&D grate….I even have a 3/8" hole drilled in the back of the ramp to help relieve pressure!

Would like to see your grate mod . Well riva grate has been tested to 90 mph so I called them and asked them about it stuffing and if they installed prv . They said they just fitted the grate . Well I'm going to fit pvr system with the riva grate and test if I get problems I'll then fit the set back skat pump and see where that takes me .
