    6 degree pump wedges

There seems to be some interest in 6 degree wedges out there. Im putting this post up to gauge interest. If there are enough people interested i would like to see about having some made. If we get enough interest we would need firm and paid commitments to get these made.

I know for sure i would take 1 or 2.

I have an original Watcon six degree wedge for Polaris 148mm here which I would be willing to loan out for measuring and replication. I have it marked as 5.5 degrees, which means I may have tried to measure it

The Watcon wedge is quite thin on the 'thin' side, so the overall wedge thickness is not excessive.

Depending on price, I would take 2. I assume it would fit both my MSX 140, and 150?

Will fit all Polaris modular jet pumps 1994-2004.

The wedge angle is just steep enough that the water feed tube mating may need to be relieved or modified to prevent cracking of the jet pump exit nozzle.

I would be willing to make these again, if we have enough interest.

Please post up here, and or get with Brian. If we get enough people to pre-order, I can make a run of them.

Have to say Keith, I sure don't appreciate you stating on the internet you are willing to take one of our old products, and have it copied, without at very least asking me..... You do realize this is how I make my living right? I Could see if maybe I had said I had no interest, or didn't want to deal with it.

Brian did the right thing, and reached out to me, (thank you VERY MUCH).

I am willing to look into it again, and see if it is worth while doing.

Thanks John for your help. Lets get some commitments so we can get this done.
