    DESS Post and relay question

Fast question for you guys with electrical add ons. I want to power up my extra guages and lm2 only when the dess key is installed. I have a 4 wire DESS post installed on my MSX conversion. It has an 05 rxp electrical system so the 4th wire is extra. I was just wondering if anyone knows off hand if the 4th wire only has voltage on it when the key is on and if anyone was tapping off the dess wires to an extrnal waterproof relay.

    Thanks guys.

I think most people come off the mpem. There should be a write up in the how to section.

Not sure on the dress post....

You could download the shop manual and check the wiring schematic.
