    Too much Fuel Stabilizer

Hey guys, getting ready to pull my SHO out and hit the water this weekend. Here is my problem, last year before winter, I topped the gas off and put fuel stabilizer in it and ran it. Well, its a new ski (9hrs), so I took it in for its 10 hour check up, but forgot to tell them I had stabilizer in the tank, well they added stabilizer as well. I would like to know, will this damage the ski if I run it with that much stabilizer in it. Does it change octane rating, just don't want to damage the motor or run lean. Greatly appreciate the help.

    X2 ^

Stabil even gives their dosage recommendations as a "minimum". You could quadruple it without any worries.

I appreciate the feedback on this. I was really considering buying some gas cans and start siphoning some fuel out.

This. I have a friend that probably adds 10 times the recommended amount. I tell him he's wasting his money, but he thinks "more must be better". He's never had a single problem and has been doing this for years.
