    hot motor

    just curious if i should be able to touch each cylinder by hand and it not scorch my skin. ive heard you should be able to slightly touch the cylinder and it be normal.

    While running in the water you should be able to touch the cylinder head for several seconds without burning your skin.

    the very front cylinder seems to be hotter than the other two, normal?

    Yes, that is normal, the extra heat comes from the Stator. the front most cylinder is known as the Mag, the middle is the Cen, and the rear is the PTO ( so the order being Mag,Cen,PTO front to back) the Mag will run the hottest of the 3
