    oil injection delete

I removed the oil injection on both the 95 and the 93 SL 750. I removed the oil tanks and need to know what to do for the electrical. the 93 has wires to the tank , but no guage. the 95 of course uses the mfd for the oil level. does a low oil level shut off the ski? Need help here.

The 95 will limit with a low oil level or flashing lamp.
You can cut the wires from the sender and install a 33 ohm resisitor to by-pass the level sensor. You can actually do the same on the 03, although I think just disconnect them works.

Did you put caps on the nipples the injection lines went to?
Be sure to double check jetting.

Yes there will be issues if left unattended. You can either leave the oil tank in it (full), remove the tank and tie the float on the sender unit in the full position, or install a 33 ohm resistor in the electrical box. ^^^^ Dam you're quick Ph20!

    The same for both?

    Yes Ph2o, nipples are capped.
What should be done for the mixture?

Oil will replace some gas in the mixture causing it to run on the leaner side. just need to richen up the fuel when going to premix. Always check your plugs and piston wash for proper mixture.

Most find 1/8 out on the highs to be plenty.
What are you going to use for oil? Dino or synthetic?

If it's pretty stock I see nothing wrong with most of the TWCIII rated oils.
Synthetics I've always had extremely great luck with Amsoil so I use that in everything.
It's kind of like going with the oil block off system, you do it for peice of mind knowing you have no failure due to a mechanical pump. Synthetics are that same kind of safety net. It's not really needed but for a few bucks why not use it?
