Time for some upgrades, You're $.02

I have an '05 RXP, stock. I want to do some mods, but don't want to just buy parts, I'm kinda novice to the ski upgrades. I want to keep a dependable running boat.

I've thought about the Riva stage 1 but am not particurly excited about the air filter set up that it comes with, I like the rear air intake idea better, what are the pros/cons?? I also would like to add the thru hull exhaust & guess I should do the impellar also?

    You're thoughts are appreciated.

in the words of JD 1....

Slap a b-kit on there with metal washers and call it a day

FAST, POWERFUL, and takes care of the ceramics all at once. He does this often, and I think he's right... he keeps everything stock, just bolts a new supercharger in there with a prop and that's it... you now have alot of boost, you now have metal washers, and you now have a ski that is otherwise completely stock except for one thing... if you have a problem with the ski, you slap the stock supercharger back in there and bring it to the dealer and say u got no clue what happened.

Depends on what kind of money your looking to spend

Metal Washers are NUMBER ONE PRIORITY!!!!

The ski heart is the SC , buy the washers & ceramice bearing

and u well be ok and make sure u send the SC to Dr GH

to save your ski , he is the one to make u happy

i got two ski's i had allot of problems with my Sc's , i took

them to the dealler and they made it 70% wrong , I spent about

120$ just for shipping only with out the parts cost to Dr GH

and onther 90$ for the new washers + onther 149.95$ for the

ceramic bearings , and i received the Sc's in very very good cond

fyi the cost i wrote for one sc with out labor cost.

wishing u all the best and take care

I'm putting the finishing product together of pretty much the same things you are talking about. I also didn't know much about modding skis but trust me if you can't get the info you need from here then you in big trouble. Everyone has been so much help! Best addvice I can give other than metal sc washers is if you going to do thru hull exhaust then order you a set of RE block off's asap
