    Is it a plug problem

Took the ski out for the first time this year with bad results. I have read the other post about the plugs and just want to see if they had the same issues. Ski sat in the garage for about 6 months with 1/4 tank of gas. Took it to the lake today and it ran great for about 20 min and then I could tell it lost power. From a stand still ski takes off and seems to drag thru the rpms and hesitate...after staying in the gas it seems to slightly clear out and pull a bit but never really pulls hard like it should. Im going to change the plugs this week but do you guys have an idea on this?
