Hero Appreciation Ride in San Diego
I just received OK from the Navy to proceed with my Ride, with a tentative date of June 2nd. I am waiting on an OK from the Marine Corp for this date, as 90% of the Hero's are Marines. I am inviting individuals with PWC's (or a boat) to attend this event to Thank these guys for what they did for YOU & ME. No groups are allowed, only individuals with NO other agenda other than showing these guys a good time on the water.
The #1 question I get asked at the Medical Center is "can I drive??", so anyone who does NOT want a Hero to drive their PWC while they sit on the back SHOULD NOT ATTEND. Not all will want to drive, but some will.
Please email me at email@example.com if you are interested in attending and I will add your name to my list. Please say how many PWC you can bring, so I can get a total of rides available to Hero's. A Liability waiver MUST be signed on-site before you can participate. This is about the Hero's, and NOTHING else. No fund-raising is allowed, I had to return over $3,000 to individuals last month. Thanks for helping & God Bless America !!

Good News !!!
Mr. & Mrs.David West, who lost their Marine son in November in Iraq, has graciously agreed to attend our event.
Talk about the Ultimate Sacrifice, these 2 people have made it.
I want everyone to personally shake their hands & thank them for their son's service & sacrifice for OUR country.
Mr. West has arranged for Undecided, a local San Diego rock band, to perform at our event.
He has also arranged for 2 boats to be at the event for ride support & a place for wounded Hero's to ride if they choose.
This is getting BIGGER & BETTER by the day.....Thanks to everyone for helping me pull this off.

More good news !!!
Mr. West called late last night and has arranged for another band to perform at our event......that makes 3 !!!!!
Can you say "Wounded Hero's Music Fest !!!"
This is going to be GREAT !!
I *probably* won't have as many ski's as Hero's, so the ones on the beach can ROCK OUT & eat & drink while waiting for their turn to ride.
More news as it comes in....

My cousin & I "might" be able to make it. It depends on my work schedule.
That make 3 more ski's. I just hope they don't plummet the Dupont ski like to jeff at talladega..
I'll let you know soon.

I just came from meeting Randy Laine & Ross Champion at Oceanside Harbor.
I case you don't know, Ross just returned from Europe where he kicked some serious European butt in IFWA FreeRide Competition in Portugal last week.(See below)
Ross and Randy have committed to coming to our event and "showing off" for the Wounded Warriors (& us) in the swells off of Point Loma.
Randy & Ross are helping me BIG TIME recruiting more seats for Heroes for our event.
THANKS Randy & Ross for helping me in this GREAT cause !!
