What makes you think you're not getting fuel?

    Have you verified compression?
Have you checked to make sure you have spark to that cylinder?

Do you have a spark tester? You may have a bad spark plug or plug wire. Can you squirt a little fuel in the suspect cylinder's carb when it's running, and see if that helps? (fuel problem)

New or used crank? Did you check crank index? I've seen rebuilders get the phase wrong during the rebuild.
Otherwise I guess you'll be pulling the carb apart.
Did you clean the filter in the carb?
Did you check pop off pressure?
    Did you replace the needle/seat?
Have you looked into the carb while it's idling and checked to see if it's flooding?
Does it miss at all speeds or only idle?

new crank, the index is right on, cleaned the filter. i checked the pop off but really dident get anything out of it. did not replace needle and seat, took the dome off and the piston dident even look like it had anything on it like fuel

Have you put a pressure gauge on the return side of the carb and if so what pressure did you have?
