Got the basic wiring of the seagauge interface module done. Only temp, oil pressure, volts, and rpm, for now. I need a temp sensor for the engine oil, another tempnsensor for the transmission fluid, and a pressure sensor for the trans fluid. I also have 12 status indicators I can program down the line.

First I made up the power plug

Then the rpm and alarm plug.

Then wired up the sensor wires to there plug and finished it up.

When I say build the plug I mean build it pin by pin. The sea gauge system is diy. No plug and play.

I am having problems getting the people I paid to get stuff done. That's why it's taking so long. Never do business with friends and never pay them partially in advance. I am just waiting on him to finish the engine hook up and she will be ready for a shake down cruise. Then I can finish the cosmetic stuff. Anything worth doing is worth waiting to have done right. If it's not don't in two weeks I will do it myself after I get back from a trip to Ok to visit family.

1961 Chris Craft conni 50' woody. A labor of passion, I think.

    Never pay in advance...

Problem with friends/family is they view it as doing you a favor even when it's paid it's still a favor

What part of OK. If you come to Wichita lunch is on me. Good BBQ.

    It will get done.

I am picking away at the little not needed accessories at this point. This is a gofree wifi network module for the simrad unit. This way I have control and can see the display form anywhere on the boat with my phone or computer/tv screens. Things like sonar, radar, engine status from the simrad display can be accessed from all devices on the boat.

Lower left it fit nice and snug. Getting busy in there.

So many times I've been trying to give you the +1 but can't. The site lets me do it for some posters but not others. Anyhow, I've been reading each post and enjoying every picture.

    Ok a much awaited week.

I designed made the new engine mounts. I tried to keep it as simple as possible. The flat pieces will gain into the inside of the stringer where the transmission mounts bolt to the side of the stringer. This will transfer the stress to the whole stringer notnthentop 1". The T shaped mounts are the front engine mounts. The stringers are to far apart so I gave them an inch of overhang. The notch is to allow access to the nut on the bottom once the bolt is installed.

Engine mounts installed for a test fit. Once I have final alignment I will bolt the front ones down and drill the rear ones.
