I'm possibly shipping my engine out to Nils and i've never really shipped much stuff let alone something so big and heavy. Anyone have any experience shipping stuff like that or possibly know how much that'll cost me?

Thanks 01xdime. I will probably start building a crate this weekend. I have some ideas, but any help is much appreciated.

simple, ship via UPS.
Get you a tuperwear container, bag the motor. Spray that foam stuff on the bottom, let it lift up, place it on top of the foam, then spray around the motor. The bag will keep it out of the motor. Place a board up under the tub and box it up. Easy way to ship it.
