    Ultra 250 Cruise Range

Approximately how far would i go, crusing at 30 MPH the whole way, on a full tank. Do you think I could get 60 miles?

There is no doubt you can get 60 Miles but you should hit low fuel before 60 miles. You can go at least 12 more miles after low fuel.

    90 Miles is my guess

Running 40 to 60 mph I'm getting about 70/75 miles. So keeping
it down to 30, just planning I could see 90 miles.

With the R&D fuel extender installed I rode 81.6 miles on a full tank, about a quater of that I would say was WOT, and most of the rest of the riding was in the 6500-7200 rpm range. The last 10 miles If you let off the throttle it would stall, but you could start it back up and ride till you let off the throttle again, till the last time it wouldnt start. The low fuel buzzer started going off at 58 miles.

Running it so low on fuel that it leans out and stalls is one of the worst things you could do! If there isn't enough fuel getting to the injectors at idle (stalls out) there isn't enough at higher rpm either (running very lean) Carrying an extra jug with 3-5 gallons could save more than the "day".

It will idle fine, just when it gets that low, when you let off the throttle, I guess the fuel goes to the front of the gas tank, but when you restart it, it runs fine at idle or running, just when you let off the throttle is when it stalls.

When I filled back up I put in 22.15 gallons, I guess it took more in because the trailer its on right now makes it sit high in the front, leaning the ski back, I put that much fuel in with out "burping" it.
