    Trim Not Neutral

I just noticed that I can't put my trim in the neutral position. It is one bar up or one bar down from the middle position. Is this due to the pump wedge?

Also, does anyone experience speed and rpm loss when you trim it all the way up?

That is normal. I have gotten it in the middle once or twice but almost never. I keep it one bar above the middle for cruising.
