    do i need bigger injectors

i have an 04 rxp i bought this winter before i road it i did all these mods the boat has 132 hours. i fouled a plug after only 3 hours /3 times out it look way lean
i put new plugs in rans great again, yesterday i took it in to the dealer for unrelated issue. i showed him my plugs he also thought it was way lean.
is there any adjustment that can be made buy the dealer to give it more fuel
the boost gauge say that i am getting 9 to 9.3 psi on average but reads as high as 9.9 ( is that a lot of boost for stock injectors and for that impeller )
    rpm's 8100 & gps 72.5 all day

home made 3'' air intake (shorty)
riva vortech impeller / with metal washers
sx intercooler / old intercooler removed
    manderal bent plumed
    riva rear exhaust
    o.p.a.s.removed
    riva intake grate
    2.5 wedge
    stock impeller repitched
    dynotune gauge

You are far from needing bigger injectors. Stock ones will work fine for your setup.

By the way, you are getting more boost with that SC impeller than anyone ever has. Where do you have your boost gauge sending unit tapped?

i wonder if he meant RR impeller instead of the Riva becuase that would sound alot better and you would need the 42lbs with that...

Are you certain you are using the Riva Vortec SC impeller?

Regardless, if you are seeing that much boost you need the 42# injectors.

Jerry are you SURE you need 42's with 9.5 lbs? From whAT i'VE SEEN, your pretty safe UNLESS it's 60 degree water or less.

Jeff, with an external intercooler i recommend it. Its best to be a tad rich rather than a tad bit too lean. Just my opinion.
