Anyone know where I can get a needle without the seat?

Anyone know where I can get a needle without the seat? I can only find sets of both.

And are all the needles the same? Just the seat hole size is different?

If they are the same as the SBN carbs, I could send you a slightly used 1.

you are correct, the hole in the seat is the only difference.

Thank you. I do have the 1.5 but I only need a needle. Mine has a ring around it which I believe is causing it not to seal.

If the ring is deep it can cause you issues I am sorry that I do not have the right size I have many extra of all the other sizes. I actually just had to buy some 1.5's for my next carb rebuild.

Have you done a popoff test? what is your jetting and spring size?

Ok, thanks. I was hoping that the needles were all the same and I would buy a set of the 2.0 in case I decided to lower popoff, then use one of the needles.

    My setup:
    125 pilots
    145 mains
    1.5 N/S with 95g spring 43 popoff

if you decide to go to 2.0 let me know I have some. Replacing the 1.5 is cheap around $15 + shipping

    Bill

I found out the needles are the same, so I need a set of the 2.0 n/s.
