Yes, its a b$tch if the clamps are turned funny on the hoses, but just take out the two bolts on the ride plate, the 4 on the pump, and the hoses/steering. Then it should slide out. Thats how I did mine.

    thanks for the prompt reply.
I am testing a new impellor tomorrow and did not want to cut the silicone so everything is the same except the impellor.
    have a great weekend.

Just remeber to put the clamps back facing the top so its easier acess to them next time.

To remove the pump without taking off the rideplate I:

removed the reverse bucket (2 12mm bolts)
removed the nozzle (4 12mm bolts)
removed the far right hose clamp & hose using a 1/4" drive wratchet w/6mm
removed the 2 10mm screws holding the aluminum block that holds the remaining two water lines (easier than removing the clamps)
removed the two 5mm allens in the rideplate
removed the pump and impellor (4 14mm bolts)

It went back together in the reverse order.
The 1/4 drive wratchet and wratchet wrench set were time savers.

Good info. Where did you get the prop tool and how hard was the prop to remove/install yourself?
