The RXP-X 260/300 (T3 hull) is the best rough water PWC hull SeaDoo has ever made. The longer and heavier RXT-X (S3 hull) does not have the deep V, so it is one step behind in the chop.

Would you that the T3 hull performs as well as the Kawai Ultra hull in the rough stuff?

The new RXTX 300 is different in the rough for sure. I have a 13 and a new 300 and the 300 stays planted much better in the rough stuff now. Not sure if it is the wieght placement or what but mine is awesome in the rough....

I had an as260....and my RXTX 300 is better than the 260 in the rough as well. My 260 felt a little top-heavy in the rough, and could be unpredictable on landing every once in a while. Must be something with the weight, but I tend to think that it has more to do with the power-distribution being more even, making them easier to ride.
